He pointed to the existence of 6 requirements of construction, such as: the portal to enter the center should be independent of the exit gate; the designs should be taken into account in order to avoid traffic jams and congestion and not to constitute a danger to the neighboring roads; the assessment tracks should be established in such a way as to ensure the flow of vehicles, depending on the type of class of the center, which is between the quick lane for the assessment of minor damage or the path of intermediate damage that requires crane processing or the course of transport vehicles and is intended to assess vehicles that can not be driven or transported on a transport vehicle.

Engineer Dhan said that the program "Taqdeer" consists of four main parts: a comprehensive electronic system, centers with technical specifications, qualified technical staff and professional licenses for the centers.

As for the mechanisms of objecting to the report issued by the assessment centers, Dahan said that it takes three specific routes by calling the unified number, sending e-mail or visiting the center. The objection is often answered within four working days. He classified damages that fall between minor damages that did not affect the integrity of the chassis or medium, which cause damage to more than one part of the vehicle or irreparable damage, a situation which results in the irreversibility of the condition of the car as it was before the accident.

Dahan said that the Authority seeks to organize and develop the evaluation profession and the adoption of Accredited Valuers and the application of international evaluation standards to raise awareness and educate the community.

He explained that the assessment program "Taqdeer" is an integrated system for the management, operation and organization of the assessment of the damage of vehicle in accidents in an electronic manner and professionally and highly in line with the best international standards.
